Upgrading and cancelling subscription

Upgrading subscription

You can upgrade your subscription in the following scenarios:

  • As a Pro or Business user, you can upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription.
  • As a Pro user, you can upgrade to a Business user.

To upgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to My Account → Subscription → Manage my subscription.
  2. Click Update plan under Current plan section.
  3. Under Plans available section, toggle between Monthly and Yearly to view plans.
  1. Click Continue for the plan you want to upgrade to.
  1. Click Confirm. Follow the steps and make the payment.
  2. Your Ailaysa account is now upgraded to the new subscription plan.

Cancelling your subscription

At any time, you can cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to My Account → Subscription → Manage my subscription.
  2. Click Cancel plan under the Current plan section.

Note:

  1. Cancelling your subscription will not deactivate or close your Ailaysa account.
  2. You can use the remaining term credits of the cancelled subscription plan until the end of its billing period.
  3. You will not have any active subscription after the billing period of the cancelled subscription plan.
