How to assign a task to an editor?

  1. Go to Ailaysa ProjectsCollaborate.
  2. Select a project. By default, the first job will be automatically selected. You can select a job you need.
  3. All tasks for that job will be listed in the left side section.
  4. Select a task(s).
  5. In the right side section, there are two tabs → External editors & Internal Users
  6. Under the Internal Users tab, you can find your internal editors (team members), if you have a Business account and have added internal editors.
  7. Under the External editors tab, you can find your hired freelance editors for the language pair of the task.
  8. Click on the radio button to select an editor.
  9. Set a deadline and click Next.
  10. Select the currency, unit type and enter rates for the unit of translation. Click Next.
  11. Add a text instruction for the editor if needed. You can also upload files for instructions or references.
  12. Click Assign. The task will be successfully assigned to the selected editor.
