- Go to Ailaysa Projects → Collaborate.
- Select a project. By default, the first job will be automatically selected. You can select a job you need.
- All tasks for that job will be listed in the left side section.
- Select a task(s).
- In the right side section, there are two tabs → External editors & Internal Users
- Under the Internal Users tab, you can find your internal editors (team members), if you have a Business account and have added internal editors.
- Under the External editors tab, you can find your hired freelance editors for the language pair of the task.
- Click on the radio button to select an editor.
- Set a deadline and click Next.
- Select the currency, unit type and enter rates for the unit of translation. Click Next.
- Add a text instruction for the editor if needed. You can also upload files for instructions or references.
- Click Assign. The task will be successfully assigned to the selected editor.
