What is a subscription billing cycle?
A subscription billing cycle is defined as the time period between successive recurring payments of a subscription.

What is a billing anchor?
- The billing anchor refers to the date of the start of a subscription billing cycle or the date of purchase of a subscription.
- If you upgrade to a new subscription, your billing anchor will reset to the date of purchase of the new subscription.
Subscription billing
- You will be billed at the end of each billing cycle for a subscription.
- If you fail to make a payment at the end of a billing cycle of a subscription, you still have a time period of 7 days to make the payment. If you fail to make the payment even after the 7 days, your subscription will be cancelled.
Add-on billing
An Add-on has a fixed price. You will be billed depending on the number of add-ons purchased.
Receipts and Invoices
Go to My Account → Payment → General Payments
- You can view receipts and download invoices for subscription payments.
- You can view receipts for Add-on purchases.
Payment to vendors
Ailaysa Marketplace payouts is currently left to the mode of payment agreed by the customers and freelance editors. Soon a payment system will be integrated within Ailaysa for seamless business between customers and freelance editors.
